Provides that if House Report 117-152 is called up by direction of the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol, all points of order against the report are waived and the report shall be considered as read; an accompanying resolution offered by the direction of the Select Committe shall be considered as read and shall not be subject to a point of order. The previous question shall be considered as orderered on such resolution without intervening motion or demand for division of the question except one hour of debate.
