“A bill to amend the Tariff Act of 1930 to provide procedures for national security exclusion from the United States of articles or components of articles that contain, were produced using, benefits from, or use trade secrets misappropriated or acquired through improper means by a foreign agent or foreign instrumentality, and for other purposes.”
