“A bill to allow States and Tribal entities to use unexpended COVID-19 relief funds to pay fines on behalf of employers for violating the emergency temporary standard issued by the Department of Labor relating to COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing and any final rule issued with respect to such emergency temporary standard, and for other purposes.”
