“A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to deny foreign tax credits or deductions with respect to taxes paid or accrued to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, to provide for the denial of certain other tax benefits in connection with the invasion of Ukraine, and for other purposes.”
