This bill requires the physician to the President to conduct a comprehensive cognitive evaluation of the President by January 1st of each fiscal year and make the results available on the White House public website. If a President fails to complete such evaluation by that date, during the remainder of the fiscal year no federal funds may be obligated or expended for presidential travel.
