H.R. 4091 — To amend the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act to expand required reports on T-MSIS substance use disorder data to include mental health condition data.

This bill expands certain reporting requirements about the prevalence of substance use disorders in the Medicaid population to include data about mental health conditions.
