S. 1770 — Uyghur Genocide Accountability and Sanctions Act of 2023

This bill establishes certain requirements related to China's treatment of Uyghurs and certain other minority ethnic groups. The bill  requires the President to report to Congress on individuals involved in systematic rape, forced sterilization, or human trafficking against such ethnic groups; requires the Department of State and the Department of Justice to deny entry into the United States by foreign nationals involved in the establishment or enforcement of forced abortion or sterilization policies; authorizes provision of medical care, physical therapy, and psychological support to members of such ethnic groups who experienced rape, torture, forced sterilization, or forced labor;authori...
