This bill requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to report on the number and nature of out-of-cycle or premature personnel transfers carried out during the preceding fiscal year for specified individuals as a result of such individuals or their dependents being affected by certain issues. Specifically, the report must focus on members of the Armed Forces on active duty, members of the Armed Forces in a reserve component, members of the National Guard, and civilian employees of DOD or dependents of the listed individuals who are being affected by (1) sexual assault or sexual harassment; (2) humanitarian or compassionate requests; (3) discrimination, harassment, bullying, reprisals, or thre...
