This bill requires the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to jointly publish an annual report on their planned participation in the Basel Committee on Bank Supervision. The report must include their goals in attending the committee meeting. The committee is comprised of different national banking supervisory authorities and sets non-binding standards for capital, liquidity, and funding.
