This bill directs the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to implement the anti-fraud and abuse recommendations in the Government Accountability Office (GAO) report entitled Aviation: FAA Needs to Better Prevent, Detect, and Respond to Fraud and Abuse Risks in Aircraft Registration. (The March 25, 2020, GAO report includes 15 recommendations to the FAA, including that the FAA should collect and verify information on aircraft ownership.) The FAA must submit a report to Congress on the implementation of the recommendations.
