H.Con.Res. 90 — Directing the Architect of the Capitol to place motor vehicle gas price trackers in the Hall of the House of Representatives and the Chamber of the Senate.

This section directs the Architect of the Capitol to design, construct, and maintain a motor vehicle gas price tracker—adjusted continuously to reflect the average cost of a gallon of regular gasoline in each state and territory—in the Hall of the House of Representatives and the Chamber of the Senate. The section prohibits the use of appropriated federal funds for these activities, authorizes the acceptance, use, and disposition of gifts and bequests of money from individuals to fund them, and requires an annual report to the Speaker, minority leader of the House, and majority and minority leaders of the Senate detailing such gifts, including amounts accepted and used and their sources.
