H.J.Res. 107 — Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to prohibit voting in Federal, State, or local elections by individuals who are not citizens of the United States.

This section proposes a constitutional amendment that would prohibit any individual who is not a citizen of the United States from voting in any election for public office in the United States, including Federal, State, and local elections, and from voting on any ballot initiative or referendum held in the United States. It would also authorize Congress to enforce the amendment through appropriate legislation. The amendment would take effect only if ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the States within 7 years after its submission for ratification.
