This section commends Sail250® for promoting goodwill among nations, commemorating the history of the United States, and advancing America’s maritime heritage, and encourages Americans and citizens of other nations to participate in the celebration of the 250th birthday of the United States and the international camaraderie fostered by Sail250® and the International Naval Review. It also encourages Sail250® to continue promoting U.S. naval heritage and the international tall ship community by organizing and participating in tall ship events.
