H.J.Res. 147 — Terminating the national emergency declared to impose duties on articles imported from Brazil.

This section terminates the national emergency declared on July 30, 2025, in Executive Order 14323 under section 202 of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. § 1622). (Thus, any powers or authorities exercised because of that emergency would cease on the date specified in this resolution, subject to the statutory exceptions for pending proceedings, prior acts, and vested rights or penalties.)
