H.J.Res. 70 — Providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed license amendment for the export to Israel of certain defense articles and services.

This section prohibits the issuance of a license amendment for the export to Israel of defense articles and defense services described in Transmittal No. DDTC 24–052, including Boeing Direct Attack Weapons (Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) variants and Small Diameter Bomb (SDB) Increment I variants) for end use by the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Thus, the amendment would block the transfer of 15,500 additional JDAM tail kits and 615 additional SDBs to Israel.
