H.J.Res. 73 — Relating to a national emergency by the President on February 1, 2025.

This section terminates the national emergency declared on February 1, 2025, in Executive Order 14194 under the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622). (Thus, any powers or authorities exercised solely by reason of that emergency would cease on the date of enactment, subject to the statutory exceptions for pending actions, prior acts, and matured rights or duties.)
