H.J.Res. 82 — Disapproving the action of the District of Columbia Council in approving the Insurance Regulation Amendment Act of 2024.

This section disapproves the Insurance Regulation Amendment Act of 2024 (D.C. Act 25–699), which was enacted by the Council of the District of Columbia on January 15, 2025, and transmitted to Congress on February 6, 2025 under section 602(c)(1) of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act. (Thus, the District of Columbia measure would not take effect.)
