H.J.Res. 93 — Withdrawing approval of the Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization.

This section terminates congressional approval of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement under section 101(a) of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act. (Thus, the United States would withdraw from the WTO Agreement and the legal framework governing U.S. participation in the WTO would no longer be approved under that Act.)
