H.R. 105 — Increasing Public Access to Recreation Act

This section establishes the short title of the Act as the “Increasing Public Access to Recreation Act.”

This section increases the share of amounts appropriated from the Land and Water Conservation Fund that may be used for recreational public access to 10 percent (from 3 percent) and increases the annual amount available for that purpose to $50 million (from $15 million).
