H.R. 1066 — Ending Green Giveaways Act

This section establishes the short title of the Act as the “Ending Green Giveaways Act.”

This section repeals section 138 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7438), which had appropriated $2.8 billion for environmental and climate justice block grants and $200 million for technical assistance for fiscal year 2022, and rescinds any unobligated balance of those amounts. (Thus, no additional grants or technical assistance may be awarded under this section, and any unspent funds are returned to the Treasury.)
