H.R. 107 — Return to Work Act

This section establishes the short title of the Act as the “Return to Work Act.”

This section directs the head of each Executive agency, as defined in 5 U.S.C. § 105, to reinstate the telework policies the agency used on December 31, 2019, not later than 60 days after enactment. It also provides that, once reinstated, the agency’s telework policy supersedes any conflicting telework provision in a teleworking, collective bargaining, or other employment agreement to the extent the agreement applies a different telework policy.
