H.R. 1133 — Repeal Community Development Block Grants Act of 2025

This section provides the short title of the Act as the “Repeal Community Development Block Grants Act of 2025.”

This section repeals section 101 and sections 103 through 122 of title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5301 et seq.), eliminating the statutory authority for the Community Development Block Grant program and related grant provisions effective October 1, 2025 (from current law). (Thus, the affected grant authorities would no longer be available after September 30, 2025.)
