H.R. 1252 — Uncovering UNRWA’s Terrorist Crimes Act

This section provides the short title of the Act as the “Uncovering UNRWA’s Terrorist Crimes Act.”

This section directs the Secretary of State to submit to Congress, not later than 90 days after enactment, a report identifying the total amounts of U.S. funding provided to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) during fiscal years 2020 through 2024, disaggregated by calendar month, and describing how those funds were spent.

This section prohibits the use of any Federal funds, beginning on the date of enactment, to provide funding directly or indirectly to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA). (Thus, no Federal agency may obligate or disburse funds for UNRWA support after enactment.)
