H.R. 1287 — Fix FEDVIP Age Act

This section establishes the short title of the Act as the “Fix FEDVIP Age Act.”

This section expands eligibility for dependent children under the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) by increasing the age limit from 22 to 26 years old. (Thus, covered employees and annuitants may enroll dependent children in FEDVIP coverage until the child reaches age 26, rather than age 22.)
