H.R. 1435 — Family-to-Family Reauthorization Act of 2025

This section establishes the short title of the Act as the “Family-to-Family Reauthorization Act of 2025.”

This section extends funding for family-to-family health information centers under section 501(c)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act to $6 million for the period beginning on April 1, 2025, and ending on September 30, 2025, and to $9 million for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2029. (As background, family-to-family health information centers provide information, referral, and support services to families of children and youth with special health care needs.)
