H.R. 1475 — SBA Disaster Transparency Act

This section provides the short title of the Act as the “SBA Disaster Transparency Act.”

This section requires the Small Business Administration to publish on its website the disaster assistance reports it already submits to Congress under 15 U.S.C. § 636k, including the monthly accounting report for major disasters and the weekly, monthly, and other disaster loan updates covered by subsections (a), (b), (c), and (e). (Thus, the reports would remain due to the relevant House and Senate committees, but would also be publicly available online.)
