H.R. 1714 — Criminal Illegal Alien Report Act

This section directs the Secretary of Homeland Security to submit to Congress, not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, a report on the number of individuals present in the United States pursuant to a grant of parole under the Processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans or any other grant of parole under INA §212(d)(5) (8 U.S.C. 1182(d)(5)) who have committed crimes in the United States, including the nationalities of such individuals and any ties to terrorists or transnational criminal groups.
