H.R. 1763 — For the relief of Diego Montoya Bedoya.

This section provides eligibility for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident for Diego Montoya Bedoya notwithstanding the numerical limitations of INA §201(a)-(b) (8 U.S.C. 1151(a)-(b)) and past grounds of inadmissibility or deportability under INA §§212(a) or 237(a) (8 U.S.C. 1182(a), 1227(a)) reflected in Department of Homeland Security or Department of State records as of enactment. It (1) deems his U.S. entry lawful if occurring before the two-year post-enactment application deadline, (2) directs rescission of any outstanding removal or deportation order against him, (3) requires a reduction by one in family-sponsored immigrant visas (INA §203(a), 8 U.S.C. 1153(a)) available to natives of his country of birth during the current or next fiscal year (or under INA §202(e), 8 U.S.C. 1152(e), if applicable), and (4) denies any immigration rights, privileges, or status under the INA to his natural parents, brothers, or sisters by virtue of such relationship.

This section specifies that the budgetary effects of the Act, for purposes of compliance with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010, are determined by the latest statement titled “Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation” submitted for printing in the Congressional Record by the Chairman of the House Budget Committee prior to the vote on passage.
