H.R. 1779 — SWAMP Act

This section directs the Administrator of General Services to dispose of the Speaker Nancy Pelosi Federal Building at 90 7th Street, San Francisco, California 94103—pursuant to federal surplus property disposal procedures (40 U.S.C. ch. 5, subch. III) or, if not feasible, by sale at fair market value for its highest and best use—not later than May 31, 2025.
