H.R. 1883 — Disclosing Foreign Influence in Lobbying Act

This section requires lobbyist registrations under the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 to include the name and address of each government of a foreign country (including any agency or subdivision, such as a regional or municipal unit) and foreign political party—other than the client—that participates in the direction, planning, supervision, or control of the registrant's lobbying activities. (This disclosure applies notwithstanding any thresholds in paragraph (4).)
