H.R. 1953 — Deportation Compliance Act

This section prohibits federal funds from being used for foreign assistance to any country (1) for which the Secretary of State has invoked the authority of INA §243(d) (8 U.S.C. §1253(d))—which permits discontinuation of visas to nationals of countries that deny or unreasonably delay accepting aliens subject to U.S. removal orders—for 180 days and (2) that continues such denial or delay at the end of that period.
