H.R. 2132 — Marianas Air Service Improvement Act

This section expands the exception from essential air service requirements in 49 U.S.C. § 41731(a)(1)(B)–(D) to locations in the Northern Mariana Islands, in addition to Alaska and Hawaii. (The Essential Air Service program subsidizes commercial flights to small and rural communities that previously had service.)
