H.R. 215 — Adoption Information Act

This section requires family planning service projects or programs funded under section 501 of Title V of the Social Security Act to provide each person inquiring about medical or abortion services with a pamphlet listing adoption centers in the region (as determined by the Secretary), including their addresses and telephone numbers, and an opportunity to read the pamphlet. The Secretary must prepare, annually update, and distribute these pamphlets to such projects and programs using existing Title V appropriations.
