H.R. 2446 — Stop Antisemitism on College Campuses Act

This section adds to the program participation agreement under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 a requirement that an institution not authorize, facilitate, provide funding for, or otherwise support any event promoting antisemitism on campus, as defined by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's working definition adopted on May 26, 2016 (including its contemporary examples). (Thus, violation of this requirement may result in loss of eligibility to participate in federal student financial assistance programs.)
