H.R. 2460 — Eliminating the RFS and Its Destructive Outcomes Act

This section modifies the definition of renewable diesel under the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act (15 U.S.C. 2807) to regulations adopted pursuant to the Renewable Fuel Standard (40 CFR, part 80) as in effect on the day before enactment of this Act (from current regulations). (Thus, following repeal of the Renewable Fuel Standard, franchisor prohibitions on restricting franchisee sales of biodiesel/renewable diesel blends of at least 20% continue to apply using the pre-repeal regulatory definition.)
