H.R. 2468 — No Sanctions Relief for Terrorists Act

This section prohibits the granting of any license or waiver for transactions with Iranian individuals and entities listed on the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) list as of January 20, 2021—pursuant to Executive Order 13224 (relating to blocking property and prohibiting transactions with persons who commit, threaten to commit, or support terrorism)—unless the President certifies to the House Committees on Foreign Affairs and Financial Services and the Senate Committees on Foreign Relations and Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs that such persons have ceased involvement in terrorism. This section specifies that the prohibition does not restrict or modify any OFAC general license relating to such persons in effect on January 20, 2021.
