H.R. 2601 — Delete DOGE Act

This section prohibits the obligation, expenditure, transfer, or other use of federal funds—(1) to implement, administer, or enforce executive orders establishing or implementing the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) or related initiatives (i.e., Executive Orders 14158, 14210, 14222, and successors); (2) for DOGE-related entities (i.e., DOGE Service, DOGE Temporary Organization, DOGE Teams, or successors); (3) by DOGE-associated individuals on or after January 20, 2025 (including officers, employees, contractors, or others providing services), including for equipment or to implement their orders or recommendations; and (4) for United States Digital Service (USDS) projects or initiatives initiated by DOGE-related entities on or after January 20, 2025 (with USDS funds otherwise limited to pre-January 20, 2025, digital service improvements).
