H.R. 2737 — ELON MUSK Act

This section prohibits a special Government employee—generally, an officer or employee retained to perform temporary duties for no more than 130 days during any 365-day period (i.e., part-time advisors, consultants, or certain judges)—from entering into or benefiting from any federal government contract or agreement. It requires termination of any such contracts or agreements held by a special Government employee on the date of enactment.
