H.R. 2774 — Safeguarding Our Levees Act

This section amends the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' emergency fund authorities (33 U.S.C. 701n) by (1) establishing a deadline of not later than 180 days for the Secretary to initiate repair or restoration of a flood control work upon request by its non-Federal sponsor; and (2) reducing the non-Federal sponsor's required payment under subsection (d)(2) to 25 percent of the difference (from the full difference).
