H.R. 2781 — ENLIST Act

This section requires secondary schools receiving funds under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to display and make accessible to students, during school hours, information regarding military recruiting. (As background, 10 U.S.C. § 503(c) conditions such schools' receipt of those funds on providing access to military recruiters, including secondary school students' names, addresses, and phone listings.)
