H.R. 2832 — Defend American Manufacturing Act

This section directs the Secretary of Commerce, acting through the Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology, to compete for, renew, and award Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership centers in all 50 states and Puerto Rico in FY2025 and each fiscal year thereafter, provided Congress enacts appropriations for the program under the specified Industrial Technology Services heading. (The Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership is a nationwide network of centers that deliver technical assistance to small and medium-sized manufacturers to improve productivity, supply chain resilience, and adoption of advanced technologies.)
