H.R. 2875 — Mobile Mammography Promotion Act of 2025

This section establishes refunds of federal excise taxes imposed by IRC §§4041 (diesel and special motor fuel retail sales) or 4081 (gasoline) on fuels used in highway vehicles designed exclusively to provide mobile mammography services (i.e., on-vehicle breast cancer screening), payable without interest to the ultimate purchaser. It also exempts such fuels from the IRC §4041 retail tax. The amendments apply to fuel used on or after the date of enactment.
