H.R. 3013 — To amend title 38, United States Code, to increase the authorization of appropriations for comprehensive service programs for homeless veterans.

This section revises the authorization of appropriations for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) comprehensive service programs for homeless veterans—which provide grants to public and nonprofit entities for services including outreach, treatment, and transitional housing—by (1) limiting the $257.7 million annual authorization to FY2015 through FY2024 (from FY2015 and each subsequent fiscal year), (2) authorizing $350 million for FY2025 (previously $257.7 million), and (3) authorizing such sums as necessary for FY2026 and subsequent fiscal years.
