H.R. 3056 — Camp Nelson National Monument Boundary Expansion Act

This section authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire approximately 132 acres of land and interests in land, as depicted on map numbered 532/174,965 and dated April 29, 2025, for inclusion in the Camp Nelson National Monument.

This section renames Camp Nelson Heritage National Monument as Camp Nelson National Monument by striking "Heritage" from the statutory heading and specified provisions of the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act and deeming any prior references in U.S. laws, maps, regulations, or records to the former name as references to the new name.
