H.R. 3072 — DOGE Codification Act of 2025

This section codifies actions of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), established by executive order. Specifically, it (1) authorizes all rules, policies, guidance, procedures, and related agency actions issued, directed, authorized, or implemented by DOGE, giving them full force of law; (2) maintains any regulations rescinded or modified by DOGE, and related agency actions, in their revised form until further modified by DOGE or Congress; and (3) requires agencies to maintain all budgetary savings or efficiency measures identified, issued, directed, authorized, or implemented by DOGE, notwithstanding any other provision of law or appropriation.
