H.R. 3219 — GAMES Act

This section expands eligibility for the military adaptive sports program by eliminating the one-year post-separation limitation for certain veterans (to indefinite from one year following separation). (Thus, veterans on the Temporary Disability Retirement List or Permanent Disability Retirement List who were enrolled in the program prior to separation and are eligible due to a line-of-duty injury, illness, or wound may participate without a time limit.)
