H.R. 3221 — ICELAND Act

This section treats Iceland as a qualifying foreign state for E-1 treaty trader and E-2 treaty investor nonimmigrant visas (i.e., temporary admissions for substantial trade or investment by nationals of countries with which the U.S. has a qualifying treaty) if the Government of Iceland provides similar status to U.S. nationals.
