This section establishes a public website, pregnancy.gov, to be published by the HHS Secretary not later than one year after enactment of this section (with implementation not delegable below the Office of the Secretary level). The website serves as a clearinghouse of relevant resources (i.e., services for pregnant women, postpartum women, or women parenting young children) for users, including an interactive tool to generate tailored resource lists by ZIP code and distance (online or within 1, 5, 10, 50, or 100 miles); a feedback mechanism; and an optional assessment with user consent for follow-up outreach via phone or email. This section directs the Secretary to invite states to recommend relevant resources meeting specified criteria (i.e., not offered by a prohibited entity and providing services for at least three consecutive years) and to award grants to states—up to $50 million total for FY2026 through FY2030, using funds from the State Personal Responsibility Education Program or title X of the Public Health Service Act—to establish or support systems aggregating such resources (potentially coordinated by statewide, regional, or community-based entities). Relevant resources and grants under this section exclude prohibited entities (i.e., entities, including affiliates, that perform, induce, refer for, or counsel in favor of abortions, or provide financial support to such organizations). The section requires the website to support non-English languages; mandates a report to Congress 180 days after website establishment on traffic, user feedback, resource gaps, improvements, and certification excluding prohibited entities; and funds the website from HHS Office of the Secretary appropriations.
