H.R. 3327 — Public Safety Retirees Healthcare Protection Act of 2025

This section increases the annual exclusion from gross income for distributions from governmental retirement plans used by public safety officers (i.e., law enforcement officers, firefighters, chaplains, and rescue squad or ambulance crew members) to pay health or long-term care insurance premiums to $6,000 (from $3,000) for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025.
