H.R. 3441 — K2 Veterans Total Coverage Act of 2025

This section establishes a presumption of service connection—**in addition to diseases specified in other paragraphs of 38 U.S.C. §1120(b)**—for veterans who served at Karshi Khanabad Air Base, Uzbekistan, for (1) any cancer; (2) any thyroid, bone, cardiovascular, skin, neurological, reproductive, respiratory, endocrine, liver, kidney, or blood disease; (3) primary immune regulatory disorders; (4) medically unexplained chronic multisymptom illness; and (5) cataracts. (Thus, such veterans qualify for VA disability compensation for these conditions without proving service connection.)
